"G came out and provided a very reasonable and comprehensive estimate for the scope of work. He was very responsive when I asked questions and flexible on the start date. His crews showed up the day before to confirm the work location and scope and then they arrived on time and quickly cleared the area and prepared the pad with gravel and rebar in a single day. They were working in a very tight area and did an excellent job protecting the adjacent walls and plants from damage. They poured and stamped the concrete in one afternoon and then came back a few days later to install sealer. They even sealed the adjacent existing slab and would not charge extra for that. The extra effort was appreciated and the process went very smoothly. I fully recommend G's Concrete for any concrete project."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
