"We’ve hired Tony for multiple projects ; He built us a large shed, created a laundry room in our garage and even built a 700 sq ft ADU for us. We had him do the majority of the work and we did the finishes like tiling and painting. He was our general contractor and builder for the ADU. He was reliable and got the work done when he said he would. He communicated well and gave us options and ideas for making our projects better. His work is top notch, and I was never worried that he was going to disappear without finishing like so many contractor horror stories you hear. We’ve been very happy with everything he’s helped up with."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Once it was time to paint, the crew came in, discussed the plan to make sure we were on the same page, and painted our two-story house in a single day. The painting crew was very courteous while they were here. There were some last-minute changes that we wanted and they accommodated. All in all, a great experience."

"We were impressed with the professionalism and the look of the house when they were done. They provided any paint product you preferred. We decided on Benjamin Moore cuz we liked the specific gray color they offered. The crew showed up on time and we're done in a day and a half. The quote included some trim on the outside around the garage end roof Peaks that we had repainted green because the old beige color was fading. They also touched up corner of the living room ceiling strip where I had splashed gold it's when we last painted saving us from having to repaint the whole ceiling and the match was perfect. Also repainted the back of the metal front door which was old and dirty looking and the bottom of the fireplace which also needed freshening up from its dirty white color. I asked them to cleanup or touch up some previous paint left or from an old paint job and they did so so on that but I'm not complaining. For the price, lack of family inconvenience, and overall finished product we could not have done better. They were considerably cheaper than two of our beds which made my wife nervous but she needn't have been, they did a great job."

He gave a written estimate on Thursday, and a crew arrived right on time for each of the following two days. This is our fourth professional painting job, and it was our best experience so far. "Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."

"I hired top veiw painting for a full house repaint inside and out they repainted all my cabinets trim stair rails. They did a very beautiful job for a very reasonable price and did very detailed work. Sence then I have them do all my painting projects very good guys to work with highly recommended!!!!"
