"We hired Juan to installed new subway backsplash and remove old peel & stick backsplash from kitchen. Juan mentioned he was a little busy but will be able to take the job on and complete it on a timely manner. Juan installed the backsplash on a Friday evening after 4pm and worked until about 10pm to get the backsplash completed. Juan returned on Sunday after noon to complete the tile work after allowing mortar to dry. However, the issue was Juan did not wipe up access mortal and/or cleaned off the tile. Juan left drops of mortal on our floors (which we had just cleaned from Stanley Steamer). Juan left a few pieces opened-no tile is in those cracks. Juan left the tile backsplash with streaks from the sponge. And Juan did not apply border of caulking to the edges. Juan left tile with streaks and clumps of mortal around our cabinets, on tile and on the wall. After discussing these concerns with Juan he mentioned I was criticizing his work and his integrity. Juan mentioned he has not had a dissatisfied customer who have complained about his work. I mentioned to Juan my OCD kicked in and when we hire someone to do the work the expectation is to complete the work to customers satisfaction and clean up after you have completed your task for the day! Juan mentioned he will return to ensure we are satisfied and complete the work and neither less to say I received a text from Juan stating he will return $100 off the bill that was paid to us and he does not want to work for us! Bad customer services and not acceptable for any customer Very Disappointed"

The timing can?t be helped, but honesty can- if you?re faithful in small things, you?ll be faithful inlarge things we have to go through with the job because we can?t afford 33% of $24000. We had an issue in one area he inspected another area recently done by another roofer and Frank showed me the flaw and said he’d take care of it. He kept me updated on everything they were doing, FaceTime me and recorded everything as well so I would be able to keep the other owners informed of the roof repair. I manage as well as own a unit in this building and I have to say I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors and some gave us great service but Frank and his team gave outstanding, quality service and his prices are fair and better than most contractors I received quotes from."

"When the handyman came over we were led to believe the cost would be much lower than what we had to pay for when the work was done. While I will admit that I didn't see the email they later sent us after some days about the total cost, but from the conversation we had when he came over he wasn't upfront that the cost would most likely be about twice much then what he suggested at the time hence the review."

"Corky hasn?t responded back about the job not being finished. He had some Venezuelan men do the job and they didn?t finish the job. They made the stairs smaller in width. They didn?t screw in all the railings. The 2 post are in different places?1 is on the grass with nothing supporting it to the ground the other one is on the grass. They left a lot of the wooded porch on my side grass. I had to clean it up. They left a 1 inch gap going around the porch bc they didn?t use the right size plank. I have been patiently waiting to get a call back but still nothing. There?s a few cracked railings. They are rated 5 star? I don?t see how that?s possible. They respond when I owed them money but when they said they ?finished? they kept saying they wanted their money. We went back and forth about how the job isn?t completed and a family member was cursing on the phone on the background ?that that job was fuckin over $10K? I felt pressured to send the money without looking at the final results. "
