"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!"

"No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"They saved me over $4000 by telling me that I didn't need services I didn't need. They told me I needed to get a sump pump replaced because it was still under warranty. The company who was going to install it wanted to do all these other services that I didn't need. They put a lot of pressure on me. That's never a good sign. I decided to call Mister Plumbing instead. Steve Bettis of Mister Plumber ended up telling me that all I needed to do was add a new drain. He cleaned out the drain and installed a new one. The sump pump is clear and it didn't cost me a fortune! It was awesome that he saved me so much money!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
