After discussions with the owner Ryan, he recommended sending one of his guys out to perform a moisture test on the floor. The test performed was much more comprehensive than what the competitors did. Results showed a marginal reading so I opted for a sealer prior to epoxy, flake, and polyaspartic top coat.
