"With Tom away on contract, the city had recently cleaned their main lines with something they call a "Turtle" causing the main lines running from the house to filled with their slug and backwash, UCK!  By late Sunday night, the drain lines running from the dishwasher, washer and all the toilets would not drain making it impossible to use the restrooms. Unfortunately, one of the bolts was rusted solid and had to be taken out, the hard way before he could even start the replacement. One of my other concerns was that we might have a leak in our main pipes. So while I had him there I ask him to check for me. James checked this for me but took it one step further. He showed me where our meter was, how to properly access and read it, as well as, how to tell if there was a leak in the future. <br /> Finally, he cleaned up his mess, every bit of it.
