I received a design the next day and she called to follow up and review everything with me. We set up the installation within 2 weeks. The installer arrived on time as promised. His attention to detail was superior as was his availability. Of particular advantage is that Tom is also a licensed electrical contractor which was particularly helpful on this job. The only difficulties encountered was the availability of some of the subcontractors which held up completion of the work at times."
