"The apartment is a rental unit that we own, and our tenants had just moved out so we were looking for quick turnaround in order to re-rent the unit.  I called Tony a couple of weeks in advance, and we were able to schedule a time that was convenient for me the day after the tenants moved out so he could provide an estimate and advice on the work to be done. <br /> <br /> Tony was extremely professional and even worked with us on where we could save some costs (for example, not all of the ceilings needed to be painted).  I was pleased with the estimate and his team was able to come in later that same week to do all of the work.  They protected all of the surfaces prior to starting, and finished the whole project in less than 2 days. The entire apartment looks fantastic and refreshed.  I will definitely use Broughton Painting for future projects both in the apartment and our house. <br />"

"<p>After my terrible experience with George's Painting, I had called Mike Rafferty and some other painters. Mike had called and had set up a date for an estimate. The other painters either were booked up or just didn't want to do the job because my house was built around 1926.  Mike came out and went over what I needed to have completed but he even gave me quotes, if I didn't want to have everything completed at one time, so after going over the plan and the price, I was sold. The bonus was that Mike could start the job in two weeks, the day after labor day. Mike and his crew came by just as expected and had completed the job the same day, which I was amazed but more important the work was Awesome, this was no small job folks, but Mike completed it and also did a couple of  favors for me as well, so needless to say his customer service far exceeded what I had expected. He does have one retouch to do but to be honest it may take him about 15 minutes and that is all. My wife and I are very excited about the job, Mike and his crew completed and again I must reiterate the price was fair, the job again was Awesome, plus the clean up after the project had been completed was the icing on the cake. "responsive to initial query, no pressure sales guy, just a quote, Install crew was polite and worked hard to complete the job in a single day. Cleaned up the area and when I had a question they responded the next day and corrected the small issue that had been over looked. Gutters and covers seem to work as advertised, I plan to hire them again for some additional work I need done on the exterior of the house, All in all a very good experience."

"We had a tough time scheduling around the rains but the weather finally cooperated and the work started. Just cleaning the entire front of the house was an improvement! At that time, Mr. Vallinas assessed which pieces needed replacing and the 2 man team completed the work later that week. (More rain first.) They had to puzzle in several pieces in different areas on the front facing and underneath wood trim, and they did a fantastic job. They caulked around the window, which was the source of all the decay at the top and bottom of it, and repainted all the trim with 2 coats of good quality exterior. As discussed, the bottom of the pillars were replaced with wood-look vinyl and you truly cannot tell the difference. It all looks new again and we're so pleased with the outcome. <br />"
