"Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Beth was great, she worked around another contractors schedule and was very flexible.  The floors turned out beautifully. 
The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was that they did not tape off the area that they were working in so dust got all over the house.  She did tell me in the initial bid that the job would be dusty due to the nature of it - lots of hand held sanders where the containment equipment wouldn't work correctly, and they did clean up the dust in the foyer, but I had dust everywhere. Overall, however, I would hire again.

If unknown problems show up like water damage wood, mold, insect infestation, these will be correctedbwith the understanding that we are moving up the price range. We both end up satisfied. As floors are exposed and walls come down., I am shown the good workmanship of previous contractors, but I am also shown work that involved shortcuts to get the job done. Painting is always a messy proposition but the team did their best to limit that and vacuumed when a room was completed. Touch-ups were addressed quickly and without reservation. Finished walls were pristine and cut lines were very clean. Project was completed in one week as promised. Very happy with the service.
