John not only immediately contacted us, he also came right out to see if it would even be possible to repair the damage. "It went fairly well , the laminate flooring ,workers were nice.,BUT Neatness is NOT one of their strong points. Collin At The store was Very accommodating and helpful.I thought that they did not use the products that were paid for in advance , wisely,as a lot of product opened so as not returnable ,that was left unused & unneeded and could have saved $ on the project. .Also .Seemed to be a lack of supervision/over site on what the workers were doing,a few things they did seemed hokey,as not having the proper tools/stuff/for the job so cut corners. The carpet people were good. .Overall The floors came out good,but time will tell. Would == Rehire ==maybe yes/maybe no.."
