"Abraham and his team did a great job. After my initial phone call into their organization a Lady came outâ ¦. Did the estimateâ ¦. Very pleasant and knowledgeableâ ¦. told me exactly what I needed to doâ ¦ and I paid exactly what the estimate was ⠦⠦⠦⠦.Abraham â s two workers knocked it out in 1 1/2 daysâ ¦both upstairs bathroom floors fully re-tiledâ ¦. they were very respectful of the home,â ¦ put plastic throughout the home where they were working â ¦cleaned up their mess afterwards, etcâ ¦. BUTâ ¦after they had left, I had discovered when they reinstalled the toilet there was a leak in the toilet valve and the water tank supply hose⠦⠦ I let Abraham know â ¦he was there within hours and not only fixed the problem â ¦.which quite frankly he didnâ t need to do. He couldâ ve defaulted to having me hire a plumber⠦⠦but he fixed the problem and not only bought the new valve and supply hose but a new tank floater as well. And didnâ t want a dime for his services or the new parts!! I wouldnâ t hear of it. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend their services for any tile work you might have. I know I wonâ t look anywhere else when I need addâ l tile work done."

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"Ron and his crew (Josh) refinished our 20 year old red oak hardwood floors throughout our recently purchased home, as well as replaced water and wear damaged areas, and matched it all perfectly. Ron explained the timelines, and what to expect throughout the process. He provided recommendations based on the type of wood, the colors, and the finish coatings. He provided numerous options for stain, and used a Splinter Jersey Special Custom Blend grey/brown combination for our farmhouse that turned out perfectly. He knew the look we were after, and nailed it. Ron proved to be an expert in his knowledge and repair of hardwood (he has been at it since 1988). He was great at communicating each step, responsive to text and email, and showed great ownership of his work. Ron was very good about draping everything with plastic & tape and cleaned up well after the job was complete. He provided care, cleaning and maintenance instruction follow-up after completion. "I have a 2900sf home with old saltillo tile in it. I wanted to replace it, but was hesitant due to knowing how messy it would be to remove it. I had family coming to town in less than 2 weeks, and really wanted to have it done prior to their arrival. I made an apt, they came out the same day. They started to install the next day. Their salesman JD, was very knowledgeable, and patient with us on educating what is best for our home and helping to calm our nerves about the demo process. The installers were very professional and did dustless tile removal. The system is called dustless, but there is still dust, just a lot less of it. Either way, they were very meticulous and there was not much dust. I was very impressed with them and the process. John, from customer care, called us twice a day to check in and make sure everything was going great. At the final walkthrough they found some things not perfect and came back within a day to fix it. Then to top it off, they gave us free air duct cleaning and free professional cleaner when the job was done. They went above and beyond and finished that big job just over a week and in time for my family to see my new home. I would definitely use them again and will recommend Healthy Home Flooring to everyone."
