"I scheduled an appointment with Joey to give me an estimate for some landscaping work. He forgot about the appointment until I called him, resulting in him being 1 1/2 hours late. Following our meeting, he was supposed to provide me with a quote for the work we discussed, but I haven’t heard from him. I’ve since read reviews on Backyards Plus. He either is a 5 star, or a 1 or 2 star based on the reasons I’ve cited above. Not sure if he treats all potential customers this way, or maybe my project wasn’t enough $$$ for him. I was ready to have him do my landscaping project and take over my lawn service. Doesn’t seem to want the business."

"in our discussion understood what i wanted to do. Gave me a quote and we discussed it. I approved the work and the following week came out and did the job. one day job and i can already tell that drainage issue going away. the crew was great after they finished did a great job of cleaning up. Will use again."
