"Edward Chuklanov was the rep for our complete roofing job. Our roof was 20 years old, with 2 known leaks, old flashing , rotting siding in 2 locations and a replaced metal roof over a bubble window. Edward coordinated all. Basic work was completed in one day on our 3200 sq foot house. Cleanup was done the next day. The small window metal roof was completed a week later. All work was outstanding and followed by a drone flyover inspection. “All Ears” did everything we asked and more & Edward brought it together. Well done. Pat Campbell"

Poor communication with MrSanchez. He is quite combative. There is a lack of respect for the customers time as they do not honor the time slot that the customer selects. I will have some other toofing company repair the leak and either rejuvenate or restore the existing roof as at this time insurance will not cover the roof replacement which the company REALLY tried to sell me on. I wasn't about to tell him All of my personal and financial business but he was unwilling to trust me the customer that at this time a brand new entire roof replacement WAS SIMPLY NOT DOABLE DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS. How dare someone tell me what I can and cannot do with my money. There was a stubborn refusal to LISTEN."
