"In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"

I was about to go with him when another contractor offered to do it for less. So unfortunately I did not go with him on this, but I will use him on my next project. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule.
