My call was returned promptly and within the same day he came to inspect the roof and within a week, they repaired it. They are professional, reasonable, prompt, respectful, courteous and do an excellent job. They even swept my porch and sidewalk that wasn't even close to where they were working. Fernando shows you before and after photos of the work done. I was more than 100% satisfied with the work that they did."

He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"The old peeling painted surfaces were expertly and seamlessly repaired. Shai's workman was an artist, hand-mixing the materials to match exactly the old surfaces, so it all looks like new. The water damage was a longer and more complicated process, involving assessment of water still within the wall (yes), asbestos testing ( positive), and abatement, all before Above & Beyond could start work. When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! "Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."
