"So the job started because I had a water leak in my garage which was underneath my hot water heater so they had to rip out the door and replace all the plywood underneath my water heater because it it was soaked in water was dripping everywhere. So at the leak was found they removed all of the damaged sheet rock in their remove the doors to my water heater and my furnace then they use their blowers to dry the area out the used dehumidifier. They were fair they were honest on how long it would take to complete the job in they did a excellent job with cleaning all the mess in Hollywood it away and cleaning up the areas where they were.I would hire them to do any other jobs list Siri at my home because of their professionalism and honesty.

"Carlos and Brian arrived and after discussing different options for the marble shelf modification, went right to work. Probably the most difficult part of the faucet installation was getting the water shut off, but I don't fault them for how long it took as it probably has been a number of years since the shut-off valves were last used. They remained upbeat and after getting the water shut off, the install of the faucet was done quickly. The shelf modification went flawlessly and the toilet lid now fits very nicely.  In all, they did a splendid job on both items and the faucet looks and works great.  They even stopped the leak caused by the previous faucet stopper for no extra charge.

"Mike is fantastic! I went with him based on reviews - the reviews don’t lie! Mike is very professional, trustworthy, honest, efficient, and went above and beyond for us today. Fixed a leaking sink drain, no problem; put a new sliding closet door track and hanging hardware on the doors, no problem. But, when I detected another possible problem, he went above and beyond to inspect the issue and offered to help fix it! He also does painting, so yeah, we’re having him back!!! "I feel Kevin and KASE Construction did a great job! Kevin understood our vision and did a great job of assuring us first time homeowners that everything was going to work out and it did! He was a little sparse with details which, for someone who wants to know every detail of what's going on took getting used too, but, ultimately everything I asked for was done with no hesitation or resistance and my kitchen came out just as I had imagined if not better! I felt very comfortable with having everyone in my home and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. The project also took significantly longer than expected (3.5 wks instead of 2) but this was largely the result of a backup with the coutertop maker. To make it up to us, Kevin and the team came in while we were on vacation and finished the project, plus, he threw in a couple of freebies for us! At the end of it all, we got the kitchen we wanted and came up $100 under what we were quoted, when does that ever happen?!
