He, then, thoroughly explained the roofing process and the materials to be used. He made sure all of our question were answered before preparing his proposal for the roof and gutter replacement. "I had a roof leak that I had tried to repair myself. It seemed to hold up until we had a few days of heavy rain. I called these guys and Darren came out within a few hours. I explained that I didn't have the budget, currently, to replace the roof and wanted to know if it was possible to repair it. He got up there in the heavy rain and after a quick trip back to the shop to get the right polymers, did everything he could to try to repair the roof. He even used a blower to clear out my gutters while he was up there. The price they charged was very reasonable considering it was a same day 'emergency' repair in some heavy rain. He offered to come back if the repair didn't hold, saying he could look at it in dry conditions to see if there was anything else he could try. It's been a few weeks and there's been no leaks.
