Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "This company was just wonderful. They installed patio pavers over an existing concrete slab patio connected to the back of my house. Donna in the front office was terrific. I live in an over 55 adult community. She personally helped me with my application to the HOA and provided all legal and insurance documents. She was available through texts, emails and phone calls. She was just super. Anthony who owns the company was also available via text and phone. He too was just so helpful. They’re both good people. Doing pavers is a large investment but they both went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything all through the process. Marvin was my contact person overseeing the selection of the pavers and the entire installation. He was very accommodating and made sure the job was done right and to my expectations.
