"Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

Hiring contractor is always a headache and I always nervous about it, but Jim Rhubart Roofing (namely Munz Roofing) did such a great job repairing my wooden siding! And best part whole process completely stress free. They didn't charge a penny in advance, they called scheduled appointment and told me I didn't even have to be home for the whole project. This was great because I was away for weekend. They brought materials, then came to install them next day. When I got back everything was done and better than new. Then they sent me bill next day and i was happy to pay it. It was extremely fair price too (I got several contracts who wanted 3x more for the same job). "My home was in shambles because a contractor came in ripped things apart and never returned. I was under a deadline and needed to be in my home in 3 weeks. Fioredano Construction took the job and had me in my home with 2 days to spare. The work on the inside of the house included, fixing plumbing problems caused by other contractor, remodeling the bathroom and the kitchen, installing new floors throughout, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, painting, new interior doors and much more. After I saw the beautiful job they did on the inside I asked them to take care of the problems outside too. The outside work started with crawl space structural repairs. Those repairs included cracks in the foundation, rotting wood and split beams, removing deteriorated and moldy insulation, remediating mold elsewhere in the crawl space and building new pillars. After those repairs were done, they reinsulated and encapsulated the space. They also installed new siding, new soffit, a new garage door, repaved the driveway, poured new concrete walkways, built a beautiful new deck in my backyard, installed new sod in the front yard. Their prices are more than fair, and their work is impeccable. I am thrilled with my home transformation and so are my neighbors. When you hire them, I am sure you will be just as happy as I am with your final product."
