Austin from Oâ Connor Contracting was so easy to work with for scheduling and once he came and found 3 layers of shingles, tin roof, subpar decking, and a missing joist, he and his team was still able to remove the chimney and redo the roofing in under 2days. Austin was amazing at communicating during the entire project: since I was at work most of the time, he sent many photos and updates so I was very comfortable with the obviously bigger-than-expected project. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen.
