First Kris, the owner, worked with me on when I wanted it done. Not in early spring or when I was on vacation. The contract explained everything with details. The double rip-off, 6 foot ice shield, synthetic underlay, new roof edge, highly rated architectural shingles, ventilated ridge vent, gutter guards among others were all stated on the contract. Workers were fast and courteous. They answered any questions I had. They tarped the landscape to keep all the debris contained. When work was done, you wouldn't have known a roof was just put on. The gutter guys were so fast. The seamless gutters looks great and I'll never have any problems with the gutter guards, not like the cheap stuff that I put on. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job.
