"Excellent job, made improvements beyond just repair. It looks beautiful and we receive compliments on it."

"Excellent service. I received a quote for repairs for a stair case and closet doors and a few days later the repairs were being completed. What we thought would be an easy job turned out to be a bit more challenging and time consuming. Ed takes pride in his work and it is shows. We are very pleased."

"Roger was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He completed the window and door repair work in a timely and efficient manner; I highly recommend Nickel city repair and would hire him again."

"Hired for deck repair. Professional and personable. Reasonable costs. Unfortunately, his power washer broke down. However, I trust he'll be back to finish the job when it's fixed."

"Bob repaired our screened porch, which Involved rebuilding a wall, and installing a floor and door. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. An excellent job!"

"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"Jamie was hired to do HOUSE CLEANING ONLY. I've had here 3 times and im very pleased with the results. She is timely, she's efficient with her time and does a great job! I highly recommend her. She is very trustworthy!"

"Tom is more than a carpenter, more than just a handy man, a plumber, an electrician. He is a skilled craftsman, talented, reliable and generous with good advice. Over the past two years Tom has demonstrated his talents by helping improve my beautiful but somewhat outdated home. He has done everything from designing and building a new dressing room closet, to repairing and replacing light fixtures, and he is currently laying a new bathroom floor. He has even put my gas grill together! Lucky I was the day he responded to my Home Advisor call."

I am a hardworking focused guy ready to get what ever you need done

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning
