Other sales people expected us to sit through an hour-long Power Point presentation about the company. Bob talked to us about what we wanted, shared some useful window wisdom, gave us a swift estimate, and invited us to hear him play guitar that night (we went). They came in at lower cost than anyone and the windows are awesome good looking and tight as a drum against the cold. The crew that did the installation, also awesome. They did two big windows in two days, with it snowing outside, and we didn't have either a freezing house or a mess to clean afterwards. They were great. Go with these folks. You'll be happy."

"We bought and had installed a front door with side lights and top window. Jason was the sales rep and seemed competent and friendly enough. Estimated installation date was 7/9/19, but the door did not get installed until 7/25. It was not a big problem to us, but I do expect a company to do what they say they will. The installers, Gary and Bobby we excellent! They were both friendly, and very competent! They said they would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, and arrived at 7:20! Very prompt! The install went well - and they were complete and all cleaned up by about 12:30 PM. I would do business with this company in the future, and would recommend them to anyone. They are not cheap, but I hope the quality will justify it."

Initially we had a miscommunication because of bugs in this app ( we are limited in our ability to send a full message through the app) be that as it may, we figured it out and was back on course in no time. "I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
