"I recently purchased a home from someone that had used Bob Hamilton to install their furnace and air conditioner in 2023. Less than three years later, it is pouring water from condensation into my basement, my carpet has been flooded along with drywall. It appears that water is leaking back into the system too, so not sure if There has been damaged done to the actual unit itself yet or not. House only cools to 78 degrees today when it?s 91 out."
