Three of the other four were unacceptable with not showing up for a scheduled appointment, even after several calls and planning the appointments. One company, who was recommended by a friend just did not respond at all. Aaron was referred by an associate. He was an excellent communicator staying in touch throughout the planning process as we had to wait out the extremely cold weather. Aaron also identified a specific requirement of my city's code for a wind and ice shield, which had not been mentioned by any other roofer. He made contact with my insurance company on two occasions and was able to get them to increase their original estimate for covering this requirement. Aaron always did what he said he was going to do. The job was completed by his crew in the exact time frame that he promised. They left the area perfectly clean. "<p>We had some high winds/tornado that had shingles off of my roof laying all around in my front and back yard.  After a few days of rain I saw leaking in my garage and signs of leaking in the bedroom that's connected to the garage and in the same area where the leaking was in the garage.  I called Chris because he had done some work for me before and I was very please with him and the outcome of that job.  He came out the same day I called him and did a walk around the house.  He took pictures of the roof and showed me what damage I had and how much it was going to cost me.  Chris and his son Mike arrived a little before 9:00AM this morning, 12/7/15.  They were done by early afternoon about 2:00PM.  They did some extra things for me too.  I really appreciated that.  I had a hole in my roof that some critters had eaten in it and I wasn't even aware of that and my garage door was cracking in one of the corners.  He repaired all of that for me.  My roof looks brand new.  They also cleaned my gutter and downspouts and installed gutter guards.  I have some siding and paint work that needs to be done and Chris and Mike are definitely going to be the ones to handle that for me.  These guys are great.  They are reasonable and very dependable.  Excellent customer service.  I would recommend them to anyone anytime.  Thank you Chris and Mike.</p>"

"435 Roofing responded immediately when we called hearing a leak. Come to find out, our roof was worse than we thought. Lloyd took pictures and actually met our insurance adjuster out at the house to review what he had found. Within a week we had a new roof ordered. We were able to see example locations of colors we liked and quickly got the estimate and product scheduled to be installed. Installation took 1 day and the team of seven (7) did an excellent job. The workers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Lloyd did all the leg work in explaining to us how the process worked, even meeting with our insurance adjuster and performing another walk thru with them to review all the damage we had. "Matthew called us and met with us and gave us a proposal .  We had one more proposal after his.  We liked Matthew best and thought he had a better cover for us.  We called him and he said he would call us as soon as he got supplies in and schedule us to come out.  He did and was at the house when he said he would be.  He had a good crew that finished in a half of a day.  When we met him to pay he got on the roof and took movie pictures of the job all the way around the house so we would not have to climb a ladder to see.  Very helpful to us, as we are senior citizens and it is hard for us to climb ladders.  We did appreciate his thoughtfulness and job well done. <br />"
