"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

"I hired Midtown Home Improvements to replace my basement walk out door. They did a fantastic job from dealing with the salesman, to keeping me updated about the arrival/installation of the door. The installation techs were wonderful. When they arrived at. my home they immediately got to work, removing the basement walk out door and trim. They were amazing! When the job was finished they asked me to check the installation and cleanup. They had cleaned up any debris from the previous door and the installation of the new door. They left the work area spotless! I am thrilled with my new door and their installation! My old door was from the original 1999 build and overtime had shifted significantly making unlocking and locking of the door a bit difficult. Due to the shift of the old door the door wasn't closing properly to seal any cold air from leaking into the house. Midwest Home Improvements corrected this when the new door and jam was installed. I couldn't be happier!"

"I wanted to choose zero stars for a rating about BORDNER ROOFING OF RAYTOWN, MO. Our roof was leaking so bad we had a kidde pool in the livibg room catching rain water. I gave them a huge deposit. When it started getting too cold to roof I went to their office after they kept my huge deposit for 3 months. I told them to give me my money back & they refused. I said it will be too cold to roof it properly. They promised the shingles would lay/seal down when the sun comes out & warms them up. 3 months later in the spring the shingles didn't seal down !!! They also nailed the shingles too high !!! I met with them again a few months ago in their office & they kept saying, "We stand behind our work" THEY ARE SUCH LIARS !!! They came out a few times & put silicone or tar under some shingles that buckled up or folded back. That didn't help. 5 sections of the roof are having the same problem. This isn't acceptable !!! I had 5 companies inspect the roof & they all said it was very bad workmanship, it was too cold & the shingles were nailed too high !!! I contacted the BBB & Bordner lied to them & BBB closed the case. I have photos, documents & video to prove my case !!! They damaged my home, my gutters, my lawn, some plants, they took 21 days to do the roof...other roofers said it shouldn't have taken more than a week. ☆☆☆☆DON'T HIRE BORDNER☆☆☆☆"

"Isaacs is a true professional who obviously loves and takes pride in his work. He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."
