"Great experience having my 19yr old tile roof redone , , Bill came out gave me a quote for repairing existing flaws or having entire roof redone stating it had 1.5 yrs left on the paper. So my choice , I did the entire roof where he used better product than the original and replaced broken tiles with a warranty.Very happy finished on time and did everything stated in quote. Very happy and would recommend.Sundance ."

"The crew was efficient, on time, cleaned up thoroughly each day(we have not even found a single nail) and friendly. The owner even came later for a final inspection and actually climbed on the roof to inspect!!! The finished project is beautiful and well matched. "The started early and worked hard all day. Cleaned up every night and left the yard looking a bit better than before. Riof looks great and the even gave me some unused tiles to keep for future repairs of cracked tiles."

"My experience with True Built was refreshing. We hired them to do a complete replacement of our tile roof. Weston was polite, friendly and clearly knows his business. He even came out a second time after we received the estimate to answer the additional questions we had. Communication was great. We had a couple of rain delays but Weston kept in touch to let us know what was going on and when his crew would be out. Once the work started, they knocked out the whole job. No disappearing for a few days and then showing up again. The crew was polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and Weston was great about doing the little things the way I wanted them done. Their estimate was also the lowest of the 3 we received. If this is your first time replacing a tile roof (like it was for us), we did learn a couple of things: 1. If you want the multi-colored tile, you might want to pick tiles which have the 3 tone variation within each individual tile. We picked the kind where each tile is a slightly different shade which means you could end up with clusters of the same color in areas. Weston was great about this though, after the job was finished he sent his guys out 2 more times to move tiles around to make the colors more evenly distributed. 2. Talk to your roofer about what will need to be painted after the work is done and factor that into your budget or be prepared to paint it yourself. We didn’t realize there would be a small piece of trim added that would need to be painted. After getting a really high estimate from a painter, we ended up doing it ourselves and just repainted all the trim to match the new bird stop. It looks great but it was a lot of work on a 2 story house. Overall the experience with True Built was wonderful and I already recommended them to all my neighbors. I wish all jobs with contractors went that smoothly! I would not hesitate to use them again."

"They are able to do all roofing repairs and applications and are very professional in all their dealings - competitive pricing, documentation, communication, punctuality, and clean up. They stand behind their work and will continue to trouble-shoot a problem until it is solved. I would use them in the future and would highly recommend them for roofing services."

"The repair went very well- all crew members were very professional, timely and accommodating. I had to ask for temporary roof protection due to anticipated rain prior to scheduled repair. Ridge roofing made arrangement for that the next day and I avoided additional damage to my house. Their pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend them to other people. "Great. Needed new roof (shingles). Zane was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Offered various options for the shingles. Roof was completed in a couple days (looks great) and site left spotless afterwards."
