"Being a disabled veteran it gets hard finding a good company. Yet, this company went way above and beyond for me. I had a minor leak coming from my roof that made its way into a basement room. Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"

"I had wind damage to three areas of my roof. I contacted seven different companies..all 5 star. Three never came to my house, and the other four said I needed and entire roof replacement. Dedication Roofing was my final attempt...and they came through. This was not a hard job, and I was paying cash. Dennis searched all over to match the shingles on my roof. "Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."

"I used Home Advisor to search for a roof repair contractor. Eric from Patriot Roofing reached out to me the next day and set up an appointment to inspect the roof and quote a repair. He turned up within the 1/2 hour window that he gave me, so I didn't have to wait long. We set up a date to do the roof repair. Again, he gave me a 1/2 hour window and turned up within that time. He completed the repair in a timely manner (around 2-3 hours), and provided pictures to show before and after repair. I am very pleased with the service that I received (he was reliable, he stuck to the price we agreed on and completed the work quickly and safely). I will definitely use him again for future roof repairs."

"The owner of the company came out for an estimate I requested for a leak over our front door. He was prompt, courteous and took pictures of the issue. The quote was reasonable. He took pictures of "the before", I okayed the work, the leak was fixed the next morning. We were emailed all the finished pictures immediately upon completion, In addition, I asked him to take pictures of anything else that was an issue, he did and sent me a quote for all of it. We decided to have it all done. The owner communicated every step of the way, he and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. The roof looks great and most importantly does not leak. I waited to write this review until we were in the midst of rain this week. Ultimate Roofing was the only company that didn't turn their nose up to us and say they only replace roofs, not repair them. In the end, the repairs cost 10% of what was quoted to us for a new roof."
