"Luis and his men did an absolutely excellent job on a tough renovation project where we replaced 28 windows and 4 patio doors. UCC had to patch all the openings and then did a new smooth synthetic stucco finish in a new white color. Great workmanship and easy to work with. Highly recommend UCC! "Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

I am a small company just trying to get started, I do everything myself, I do get helpers when needed, Customer satisfaction is my highest priorities as well as a completing a job on time and to the highest standards. Some handyman jobs I do by the hour $30prh, everything else I usually bid or estimate if any hidden damage is present than the cost will be added in as extra per customers approval for repair and most jobs there will be a down payment charge for materials or materials can be provided by customer as well.
