While this was an expensive upgrade to our heating and cooling needs, we felt we received quality service and honest input into our decisions. We were very happy with the professional work. The cleaned up the mess they made in the basement and took the cardboard boxes from the new equipment, as well as the old furnace, for recycling. <br />"

They went to a supply store, purchased the vent covering, ran some water over the newly installed vent covering and that solved the problem. They also checked the rest of the roof to see if everything else was ok, as I requested, and it was. Finally, they returned the next day to check if the attic insulation needed replacing due to the water leakage, and it does not. <br /> There was no charge for that return trip, but I felt compelled to TIP them $40.00, that seemed to be the honest thing to do on my part. <br />"
