I guess you can say I am a tough customer and I did not understand this realm of "roofing".  As I did verify the data, new questions could have arose, however, Adamstree had explained the process, protocol, procedures of insurance, guidelines of the city and so many other important pieces that seemed to get overlooked by others, I had few questions to come back with.  Mainly my additional questions were off topic such as color suggestions for the new roofing system since the existing color of the home will be changing in the next 5 years.  Hey, what do I know?!  The bottom line is that Adamstree Roofing and Construction was thorough from the start and still is.  The level of customer service has not diminished even with my tedious inquiries.  I hope I am able to revise this once the work is complete.  I am 100% certain that I will be more than satisfied, as I did check out some other homes that had their sign in the yard and they look brilliant!  I feel like a kid... I am so excited to see my new roof!!!!"

"Joe came out several times to accomodate our crazy schedules. He was always nice, professional, and a joy to work with. When we finally agreed on a price, and we were able to gather to money we signed our agreement and Joe placed the order. He was always upfront. There had been an issue from the supplier that put us behind, Joe called to assure everything was fine and he would get it taken care of. The guys who came out to do the work were professional. They had left some lunch trash and apologized over and over again. The end of the day the windows were beautiful. We had some trouble locking several of the windows. Joe himself came out to see what the problem was and had it resolved. He is one heck of a nice guy that ensures his crew did a great job. I cannot recommend this company enough. He was fair and professional.
