"I had ordered a night stand and he came in and put it together. he put two screws on the outside of the nightstand, making two big visible holes. He said he would fix it, he admitted to using the wrong screws. I paid for this, and it was his mistake, and my furniture. I told him I wasn't going to accept this. I got my money back from the night stand, and the assembly fee. The screws catch on both drawers, so they won't go in."

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."

Cleaned up after work. <br /> <br /> I feel this is a tricky service as he did say we have had chimney fires in the past based on what he could see/detect when cleaning our chimney. We have not noticed anything like that and use our fireplace (wood burning) all the time in the winter. This is scary! Not sure about our next step with regards to repair as this person just recommended that we and quot;keep an eye on itand quot; and get chimney serviced once a year."
