The prep process recommended for our driveway, to dig out the dirt and prepare the foundation for the asphalt putting several layers of crushed stone and level it. 2. The process to cut into the road. 3. The price. It took 7 weeks for them to show up, but it was worth the wait! What a great investment!! Excellent crew, efficient. Joe is a book of knowledge! "I was extremely pleased with Martin Paving and the work they performed. I hired them to pave my 86 year old moms driveway so that she would be able to walk safely on her driveway and not twist her ankle. The Martin team came in and worked like synchronized bees unloading equipment and stripping the driveway in preparation for the base, followed by the pavement. Mom clapped when they arrived and wanted to watch from start to finish. Because of their experience, they were able to complete the entire job in less than four hours….and what a fantastic job it is. When they were finishing up, each team member played a role in the clean up and let the road and yard without a trace other than the beautiful pavement. Mom was just so excited and today she walked several laps around her 30 x 50 driveway just for the exercise. "This was a driveway paving job. It was supposed to be done in the fall. Did not hear from Matt until April, when he said we would be first on his list for the spring. Had to follow up multiple times and project kept getting delayed. Finally scheduled a date, then got an email that morning that someone on the crew called out and he'd come the next day. Job got done in July in one day. The paving we are happy with, but the crew made a bit of a mess of the road (oil drips, etc) and left a ton of sand/base material/asphalt chunks around the edge of the driveway that we had to clean up. Like 5+ five gallon buckets worth of sand all around the edge of the driveway. Not thrilled that we have to clean this up and fix the lawn. Price was good, but you get what you pay for."

"I contacted Ruck Paving in March of 2019 through the form on their site. Bobby got back to me within a day and went out to my house and did up a quote and emailed it later that same day. I had no idea what a driveway should cost, but after some Googling it seemed like a reasonable price. He quoted $5 a square foot for everything including tear-out, grading and the new driveway. (2019 pricing). His quote also included recently done driveways in my area so I could drive/walk by and check them out. I wasn't ready for the driveway immediately, so about 5 months later he checked in to see when I'd like it done. I told him mid to late September would work. He came and ripped out the old driveway on September 10. He was back on September 19th to do the new driveway. He and his crew showed up just after 8 AM, ready to go. They were done by 9:30. I didn't realize it would be so quick but he had a crew of 6 and it was obvious that they all worked well together. It was like watching a paving symphony. The finished driveway looks great, no more heaves or cracks and it actually matches up with the garage floor, a first in 14 years in the house! You'll end up with a quality product if you choose Billy Ruck and his crew."
