"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

It wasn't an easy process and there was definitely some frustration, but with some trial and error and troubleshooting we were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He fixed my old GE oven when others suggested I replace it. He found the parts and was persistent in getting it fixed and fixed right He's willing to drive the distance and doesn't charge extra."

"We could not be happier with the work from Mac Kitchens! Doug and his team were professional from the time we had our initial conversation right to the very end of our project. Communication was great, timeline was kept, workers were polite and meticulous, and we could not be happier with the results. Doug added a mudroom off of our kitchen, did a complete remodel of our kitchen, opened and enlarged doorways, put in hardwood floors and updated 2 bathrooms.
