"I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. "I called to get what we thought was a drain cleared on a Saturday late afternoon. Tony had his Super Super, Jay, at our house Sunday morning but could not clear it so we scheduled a camera for Monday. Monday his crew arrived and we discovered that roots had overtaken the mainline which meant very limited service until the roots were removed but we had also had a pipe liner installed a few years back that complicated things. Jay was able trench out the old clay pipes, replace them, marry the new to the lined pipe and replace the old cast iron in 2 days.
