"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner.
