"I've had work done by John Day twice this year, primarily due to storm damage. It was a quick response, as they showed up the next day to do the repairs. Quoted me a fair price, which included checking on the health of my roof and resealing the stack pipes/vents. About 10 months later, another tile came down in a pretty bad wind storm. Once again, they came out quickly, they were professional, kind, and did a great job on the repair.
