"Just fabulous ! Came in and repaired with new parts my awning that shields my carport! Highly recommended!"

"I purchased a mechanical awning from Awnings by Design 15 years ago. Unfortunately they have since gone out of business. One of our 2 awnings extended too far, the arms fully extended and could not retract. I did not know who I could call for assistance. We went on Angis list and Fernando from A to Z Shades contacted me about the work. I qualified him over the phone and he cited 12 years experience working on mechanical awnings. He said almost 100% it was a broken limit switch on the motor and it needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate over the phone. Fernando and associate came to our house on time and prepared with ladders and tools. He is very polite and trustworthy. They installed the new motor and tested the system. It worked just as promised. They cleaned up after doing their work. As a bonus they noticed a non automated shade was crooked. He recommended we let it sit in the sun to increase the kink. I would recommend Fernando for awnings and shade projects or repairs. Dan A."

"JD handled the initial visit to the house. He quoted a cost within our budgeted amount. He managed installation of the metal patio cover from start to finish. JD did a great job!"

"Doing business with A to Z Shades and Shutters was a pleasure from start to finish! Marco came to provide a quote on an awning, and when I learned they install blinds, I asked him to provide a quote for our patio door as well. Their prices are very competitive and because they are a Sun Setter company, you know the products are great quality. Fernando and his team member came to install both the awning and blinds within the anticipated time frame. When he learned a special bracket was needed to allow the awning to work properly, Fernando returned the next day, as promised, and finished the project with excellence. I love both the new blinds and awning, and look forward to years of enjoying their beauty and practical purpose. I highly recommend A to Z Shades and Shutters!"

"Prompt service and estimate by owner/installer.  Samples were brought to the house.  Professional all the way.  Went out of his way to temporarily secure my existing awing for safety until he returned to replace at no charge or questioning by me.  I appreciated the extra step!"

"The installers are very polite, considerate young gentelmen and fast. There is no charge for installation and the experience has always been pleasant."
