"He didn't act like he knew how to put in the putty. Not the best job, light job was fine. He fixed (?) deck steps, not to my satisfaction. He needed to removed deck boards to fix properly and it was obvious he didn't want to go to the trouble. I think I paid close to 300.00. I thought he was extremely high, had a hard time hooking up as he had previous jobs, which he told me about. When he had a break, he did come to my house. He is very quiet and it was hard to communicate with him. I would not call on him again."
