It was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. He explained without excuses and apologized. They came out the next morning and changed the electrical hookup to our desired electrical hookup/configuration."

I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
