Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. "Larry and his team showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. What I most appreciated about their work was their professional and friendly team of workers. Right from the start they prepared the workspace and covered our new floors with Ram Board to protect the floors. The workers completed the demo and cleaned up on day one. From there the tile workers consulted with us to ensure we had the exact layout of the tile. The work was completed with such great attention to detail. Once the complete job was finished the guys showed up to complete a total cleaning. Our place looks great and we are glad we made the investment in the bathrooms and kitchen remodel."

"Mr. Parker, sons and crew provided me with excellent as quoted service estimate and timely execution of job completion. Very knowledgeable and every operation was done exactly as stated. This is not a cheap job as so much repair was needed to patch block cracks and holes in block, remove old stucco and paint and re-cement, stucco, and paint. His crew was on the job all day for the couple of days this took. Finished result was worth the price. Yes, I would use their services again. They will address any concerns you may have.
