"Not all heroes wear capes! Economy Restoration LLC., saved my home! Long story short is I had a new roof, siding and gutters done in November 2018 by contractors that did unworkmanlike installations and kept trying to band aide the job. I had several contractors look over the installs and was told by all of them that in their professional opinions, everything would need to be redone from scratch. This was absolutely one of the most stressful and devastating things Iâ ve ever encountered in my life. It was back to the drawing board on hiring another contractor and hopefully not get burned again. That wasnâ t the case with the last company, so I was thrilled to see my brand-new roof with proper drip edge, overhang and flashing. Up next was the siding installation and there was quite a bit of wood and facia replaced during this process. Economy made sure to stick 100% to their contract and go above and beyond on my home. Economy made my home look brand new! Installed the roof, siding and repaired many matters from the prior contractors. "The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. "We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

"We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified. Moreover, once the line of communication was established at the first visit, Mauricio remained available via email, text, and phone for any and all follow-up questions and concerns. The open communication continued through the scheduling, completion, and follow through of the project. Periodic updates, with step-by-step photos, were provided during the work. Such openness was very much appreciated in this situation where the end project was much more involved than originally thought. We had been advised in advance of what we could expect, so no really unanticipated situations arose. Working around the weather, the job was completed on Easter weekend, approximately a day and a half on site, and from our perspective the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. Care was taken to protect the property, and the clean up was very good. Everything went exactly as promised, and because the whole roofing "system" was installed by certified personnel, both a manufacturer's warranty and Paragon's guarantee will apply. I would not hesitate to recommend Paragon for roofing and skylight work, and since their services extend to other home improvement and remodeling tasks I would certainly contact them again for any other project we might need."
