Matt Montgomery came to my house to check the roof and informed me that because so many shingles were missing, they would recommend a full roof replacement. "The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. "We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

"Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
