They responded in a timely manner and got the fence installed with short notice. We've called on them for some adjustments over the years and the owner has always taken care of us. "Paul was able to schedule me in very quickly and his crew (2 people) arrived exactly when promised. They used drop cloths under each window they re-crafted, installing insulation, creating new frames, caulking as appropriate, painting the areas of drywall that had to be repaired, and even rehanging the mini-blinds, which was not initially discussed. While the drywall repair and painting were not perfect, overall, for the price, this job was worth it. He finished in less than a full day and adjusted his pricing accordingly. His honesty, for me, is one of his selling points. We highly recommend Paul and will use him as needed in the future. He is a true craftsman."

"Initial shingled roof was completed in two (2) days with minimal interruption to normal living.  My home is 102 years old so once old wood was re-applied around upstairs dormer after singles were set, there was some leaking from the metal roof.  Troubleshooting the issue, provider discovered the dormer as suspect and had both sides re-built with new wood and sealed completely. This was at NO cost to me and crew worked in below 30 degree weather the day the dormer was re-build. <br /> Provider was extremely responsive to my initial texts regarding the leak until the issue was resolved.  The work ethic that was displayed by provider's crew was beyond anything I had ever witnessed with previous contractors.  No delays.  No excuses. No cost gauging.
