"As far as the crawl space material they put down, it went great. It took them slightly longer than expected but they did a good job there. Con number one: the crew at my house tore several take-offs totally off of the vent. They made several attempts to repair it, but in the end, I was left to contact my HVAC contractor to repair the damage to avoid another over-expensive power bill. For the cost of the project, I was highly pissed that my brand new duct work was trashed, and no one from AFS let me know that they had torn up my take-offs. Con number two: I was told all of any trash found in my crawlspace, plumbing scraps, rocks etc. would be removed. I found a lot of stuff stashed on top of pillars and things like that. Overall, I would have paid no more than 1/3rd down and held the last payment until I was able to inspect the work done thoroughly. At the end of the day, I feel confident in the job they did on my crawl space, and I certainly have much less moisture under my house now. I would be slightly apprehensive to recommend this company unless you are comfortable going into your crawlspace and inspecting for any damage before paying them."

"The two man install team were very professional and knew their tasks well.  Shortly after the team left a small leak developed and Shannon was back in less than 30 minutes.  It was discovered that my pressure reducing valve had failed and Shannon replaced in while he was there.  The PRV needed to be replaced whether or not I had purchased the Aqua Clear System.  Being a technician, I am happy to have the pressure guage which came with the system.  My eyes no longer burn in the shower (no chlorine) and I can drink ice water (I drink a lot of water) without adding flavoring.  The price was more than I was expecting but the system is well worth it.  The cost of the system will be recovered in lower cost for soaps, water flavoring, and damage to plumbing fixtures from hardness,

He returned to install a new faucet and we were credited for the installation of the initial cartridge. All of our questions were answered as the repairs were assessed and recommendations were made. Anthony Branam was the plumber and he was very professional, courteous, well-qualified, and did an excellent job. The work seemed to be at a higher cost than plumbers we have dealt with in the past, but the quality seems to be better."

"These guys were great!  From the first call to their office they scheduled us right in for an inspection.  When the inspector came he was organized, curious and extremely informative. When the job started, the crew was on time and worked unbelievably hard throughout the entire day, these men were super thorough. The foremen positioned the sump pump and discharge line so it was almost invisible to the naked eye.   Required a drain through the wall of the house. They also finished the job 1/2 day earlier then they had anticipated.  When they finished the job the basement was left clean and neat.  We got several quotes for the waterproofing and we are very happy with the results we got from AmeriDry. I highly recommend them.  And we would hire them again if needed.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
