Have had Home Warranty for many years and they have never disappointed me with their prompt service and fairness when it came to any repairs or replacements I may have needed. "I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
