"When I called Action Appliance Repair, Sue (the office manager/dispatcher) arranged for her repair team (Mark and Mark, father and son) to come to the house later the same day. They identified two problems, repaired one immediately, and ordered a part which they returned and installed three days later. In the interim, they placed a portable fan at the the rear of the refrigerator so as to allow it to function until the new part (fan motor) arrived. Due to their efforts, I was able to keep a refrigerator that has sentimental value and would have been disruptive and expensive to replace. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided, and for this I thank Sue, Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. They really went above and beyond. Their excellent reputation in the local community is fully deserved."

"I had called several air conditioning contractors for quotes on a new a/c because it was not working. The system is about 15 years old and rusted outside so I figured it was time for a new one. I got quotes from other repairmen for $9000- $11,000. When I called Just Right, he suggested that he look at the a/c before he gave me a quote. He said he could repair the a/c for $500 ! instead of replacing the whole unit. WOW was i suprised. No one else bothered to look at repairing instead of replacing. They saved me THOUSANDS!!!! and they gave me a 5 year gurantee on the work. He also gave me a quote for a new system and it was $7000, $2000 less than the lowest competitor, and was the same brand of equipment the others were using (no cheap stuff). <br /> Needless to say I was impressed with their service and more importantly i was impressed with their ethics. I was so impressed with the service, that I had them look at a pesky leak i had in the garage. It turned out to be a slab leak which he was able to locate in 30 min and repair the next morning. He gave me a great price on that and suggested we not submit to insurance so I would not be blacklisted. The repairs were very close to what our deductable would have been anyways. I will review that repair fully in a seperate review. <br />"
