"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

The selection of Signature Landscaping occurred mainly because prior landscapers we contacted did not respond to our calls or to online written requests from various online referral services, resulting in delay and loss of valuable time for us. Therefore, we proceeded with the removal of weed and root infested lawn area to a significant depth, made some changes and planted new fruit trees by ourselves before we found Signature Landscaping by searching Google in our Zip Code. Moe Khoee, owner of Signature Landscaping, responded within the hour of my call and asked me to send him some pictures. Communications thereafter to and from Signature Landscaping occurred smoothly and rapidly from the efficient Office Manager, Beth, who arranged a meeting with Arshee, Chief Landscape Architect for the company. Arshee turned out to be the perfect individual to work with us to fulfill our requests. He was professional and friendly in his approach, spent substantial time to carefully listen to our plans, agreed to do his best and comply with our schedule. After discussing all the details and answering all our questions to our satisfaction we felt very comfortable to have him do the job. He also brought up some good ideas and assigned the perfect crew for us. Furthermore, he remained faithful to the negotiated contract and never asked for payment until each phase was done. Arshee also kept on top of every aspect of the job (needless to say so did I). He responded to questions during the project without hesitation. We would also like to compliment Arshee’s Project Manager, Pepe, and his courteous assistant. It was indeed a real pleasure to work with all of them. I asked them whether I could take videos and or snap pictures of their painstaking work to share with our close friends and they agreed. Both our family and friends loved the transformation from a weed infested lawn area to a gorgeous weed, dirt free and water saving orchard area of our backyard. To our true delight, we were fortunate to find exactly what we had sought and Signature Landscaping fulfilled our wishes. The Company is at the higher end of the cost we incurred. HOWEVER, Arshee and his crew DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, were very attentive, went the extra mile with a smile, which was far more important to us! Of course, we will discuss future projects and maintenance with Arshee. My husband and can recommend Signature Landscaping without hesitation."
