"This was a pretty big job that required earth moving equipment, removal of some clay soil and dump truck load of soil. Jose and his team did a great job. They worked very hard for a week straight. You can tell Jose takes pride in his work. The new sod looks great almost a month later after lots of watering. Jose also installed a split rail fence which came out fantastic. Some neighbors commented on how hard Jose and team worked and were very complimentary of the results - one neighbor plans to call Jose. I would definitely recommend JS Landscaping to anyone looking for personalized, friendly service. Will be calling Jose again."

"Years ago, when our patio was installed, the contractor did not completely tie in one of the pavers. The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! The team arrived when expected, did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and left me very pleased with the end results."

"I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."

"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. "Ed with E&R Home Solutions was very easy to work with. All of the staff is professional. Inspection and proposal was completed in a timely manner. New roof was installed on date promised. They worked very hard to complete it within one-day, working into the late evening. Clean-up was okay, we do still find nails occasionally (work was completed approx. 2 months ago). I'm sure they did the best they could given the late time and poor lighting. Overall we are very happy with the work and will hire them again in the future if needed. We will also recommend to friends and family."
