"Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved."

General Manager Greg does a great job on demonstration and questions. Technicians Moses and Brendan arrived on time and worked neatly. Shower results were fantastic with steam and chemical, I trust the sealer will hold-up; perfect in the first 30-days so far. <br /> We asked Greg to come back on the kitchen floor for some hand work (tech was new) where the machine the technician used could not get under cabinet-edge overhangs. Greg was back within the arranged 10-days and touch-up looks excellent. Again, I trust the sealer will last, reasonably. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Their selection was very good and their service was fantastic, but the materials that I picked out and liked were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be. I looked online and found the exact same material for almost half the price, so I haven’t made a final decision yet. My step daughter went there when she was redoing the bathroom in her house and the tile that she picked was some pretty basic stuff and it was beautiful and she was happy with the price, and the location was also very convenient. I looked at natural stone and it was a lot more expensive than I thought. They were wonderful people and had a terrific selection and pulled all sorts of things to show me. They gave me an estimate and detailed information about what products we were looking at."

He showed me the product in his warehouse and even had the crane pull it out so we could see the full piece and take pictures. He stopped by to take our measurements the next day, and a week later they did the install. Took less than 2 hours to put it all in, plus plumbing. Their plumber is excellent, professional and courteous. The job looks beautiful and I would highly recommend Top Granite."

Tim came and gave an estimate and offered suggestions for the tile and materials needed because the house is so old and floors are slanted. Suggested a tile store with a large selection where we were able to get Tim's professional discount on materials. Tim had advised that he did not know what to expect when he ripped up the old flooring and wanted us to know that the cost might exceed the estimate. The job was completed on time, looks beautiful, and cost exactly as estimated. Tim is clearly an honest and professional craftsman. Would hire him again without question."
