"I called a few places because I needed my old deck and the patio leading up to it repaired. I hired East Coast Concrete.. they were professional and diligent and took the time to let me explain exactly what I wanted. They completed the job in a timely fashion and I thought the price was reasonable. I am happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them. "

"The quality of work was fine, the way they handle it was not fine. They set me up for three days at Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They come in and work at Thursday and Friday night. They told me that they had a big job that they have and that they would not be back on Saturday. They delayed coming back to the following day. In order for them to do their job, I had to move all the furniture in my house away from the baseboards and way from the wall so I have rooms after rooms after rooms of furniture. Then when I talk to him, I was trying to delay a day because I had something I had to do and instead of delaying the day, they delayed it until the following Monday which was this last month. I'm just now getting to where i can put my curtains back up and everything else but the problem was they came when I was not here on Monday. They insisted on the $1500. They said they wanted an extra hundred because they moved furniture and I had agreed to the hundred if they moved furniture which they did not. When my wife pay and told them that she is not going to send a positive review, they said "I don't care"."

We are currently going through extremely trying times and the project manager Dylan met me at the house the day of material delivery with flowers and a positive attitude that made me confident everything would be done correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like family rather than customers and it was beyond appreciated."

"We met with Ryan and Pete who were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They met with my husband and I discuss new windows for the main floor of our single family home. We have a toddler and newborn and Ryan helped keep our toddler occupied and was very understanding and patient as we had to multitask in taking care of our kids while also discussing the window project. We were impressed by their warm, genuine approach which is very different from a typical salesperson trying to get you to go with their product. You could tell they truly believed in the company, the goals and values, and the product/services they provide. Due to personal reasons we weren’t able to invest in the project right now but we will 100% be contacting Ryan in the future and using Peak for all our future window/roofing needs. When you find a good, reliable company like Peak you want to make sure to spread the word and we will be recommending them to our family/friends/neighbors who need any projects done in their homes."

"I was very impressed with the staff, including Tory who stopped by and set up the initial appointment and Del who discussed options that matched our home style, developed the estimate, and explained how the company operates. The door was ready for installation much sooner than expected. The installers were very professional and efficient, and the quality assurance manager was very helpful to ensure everything was completed and that we understood how to operate the new motor, camera, and remote access. We are incredibly happy with the new door and the trim surrounding the door."

"While I appreciate the company's attempt to rectify initial issues, our overall experience with this solar installation was unfortunately very unprofessional. The initial installation team demonstrated a lack of respect for our property, damaging plants, leaving debris (including an orange cone), and inappropriately using our private bathroom despite a readily available public restroom on the premises. Following my initial negative review, the company offered a Home Depot gift card as compensation, which wasn't particularly useful to us. They also offered to address some unrelated roof repairs they noticed, but I questioned why these weren't addressed during the original solar installation. Scheduling follow-up work proved equally frustrating. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, but the crew arrived a day early on Tuesday without prior communication. While I appreciated them attempting to complete the work ahead of schedule, they left the roof partially finished overnight, exposed to potential weather damage. Furthermore, the crew damaged another plant box during the Tuesday work and continued noisy work – including banging on the roof – until 8:30 PM on Wednesday, violating DC noise ordinances that typically require work to conclude by 7:30 PM. This put us at risk of a city violation. Throughout the entire process, communication was poor and the lack of consideration for our property and local regulations was deeply concerning. While I appreciate the attempt to make things right, the experience was ultimately not ideal and left us feeling very dissatisfied."
