I am an electrician by trade if I gave them a price for wiring a house and needed an extra 500ft. Of wire to complete the job I am sure they would tell me to bad you did not figure enough wire. All I am saying not having all material delivered to a job site and then bring in extra is a an old trick to get a little extra out of a client I am not saying this is what they did I cannot prove it either way but I have heard of this happening just watch your contractor."
